Hi,
I'm using the following methods CORREL and STDDEV (that belong to the class CL_UPF_STATISTICS) to calculate the Pearson correlation coeficient and standard deviation in SAP, but i'm receiving very different results compared to the excel functions CORREL and STDEV.S.
For example, if yout try the next values using CORREL method X=[1,2,3,4] and Y=[1,4,3,4] i get 0,957 in SAP but in excel 0,730. You know why is the difference between them?
For the standard deviation function is the same, if i try the next values X=[1,2,2,2] in SAP i get 2,08 but in excel 0,5. Why is that?
Those standard methods are correct in SAP? i'm using the correct ones or there's another that i could use?
Regards and thanks!
