Content network slow and fails often

Hi experts and SAP,

We are currently trying to move content via the content network, however it is loading very slowly and often fails with the message below:

Yesterday we managed to transfer a model, but today everytime we try using the import, we get the above message.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Is it related to the Q2 release...?

King regards

Rasmus

Had it in the past (feb/march 2022) as well (it was slow and often failing, for several weeks).

The feedback from support (after raising incident) back then was "Content Manager Service outage should not affect the core SAC product's functionality such as view and create dashboards, hence Content Manager service not categorized as critical service"

So actually, an ACN service outage is not even SLA relevant.

That sounds like the same issue we are facing. I hope they do not remove the file system import/export function then... 😄

Reading from your comment it looks like SAP support, where unable to help, is that understood correctly?

Eventually it got fixed -> so you need to raise an incident such that they work on it.

+1 on Jef - raise an incident with maximum level details and explain the criticity for your organization.

chaznosterous , did it finally resolve for you?

We are suddenly facing similar issue today, hampering our go-live.
SAP support says "there is some outage on the backend".

Hi Jef,

It "solved" itself like in your previous case.

Unfortunately I got lost in other projects and tasks that needed to be done, so I forgot to raise the ticket mentioned (which I regret now).

+1 on William's recommendation. if you can identify a correlation ID connected to the error this will help.

Do you want the correlation ID here?

I tried looking through the monitor trace, but was unable to find it there.
