consuming ariba event api in sap ecc # is automatically appearing in response

Hi ,

while i am consuming Sap Ariba event Management Api in sap Ecc using abap. in json api string response automatically # is appearing . i am trying to deserialize it  using /ui2/cl_json but its not working . how to resolve that ? please  suggest me .
