Connection to HRTT may be lost

908

Hello,

We are working with Web IDE to develop HANA Cloud artifacts (in HDI) and when we try to open an artifact like a flowgraph we get an error message telling:

"Database Module has not been built or the connection to HRTT may be lost. Some features may not be available."

The database module has been built so the problem maybe is in the HRTT (HANA run time tools) connection.

After this, the build option disappears from the menu so we cannot build anymore.

We tried creating a new workspace from scratch in Web IDE with a different user and we got the same error.

But one interesting error message we got was when we did a pull from Git (I don't know if this one is related to the main problem but just in case I mention it here):

"(fileDao) Failed to get project "/dw/db" metadata. Workspace id: "workspace1lq4fmz11210dy". Try fixing the project ".che/project.json" file and reloading webide or contact webide support."

Does anybody has an idea of what could be happening here?

Thank you,

Fernando

Gents:

Currently, I'm working with SAP BAS. I'm creating a rep task and cannot connect to a remote source system. On the other hand, when I request data from a virtual table. The source system produces the right result. I was wondering if Anshuman found the solution to this issue?

Hi Anshuman,

The file is hidden so you need to "unhide" it.

There is a button which has an eye crossed by a line to do this (in my picture is the 3rd one). Can you find it?

I don't have something to share from SAP Support because it was a screen sharing session. But keep asking me, I will try to help you to solve it.

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hello,

Just in case someone else would have the same error, I will share here the solution.

To one person from the SAP Support team it took just 2 mintues to solve it (the difference when you find the right person).

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hi,

I am also getting similar issues but I am currently working with SAP BAS. Where do you get this file in there?

Is it possible for you to paste here the solution from SAP Support?

Thanks,

Anshuman
