Connection broken in SAPGUI using HEC

Hi guys,

We are facing a problem when the users are working and suddenly the connection broke and the user need to logon again. We have SAP HEC with ECC 6, and the network team is saying the root cause is not the network.

The trace of dispatcher (level 2) is showing this error:
