Connection between Development and Test systems

Hello Everybody, i am new to the SAP BW/4HANA world and hence i have some questions.

Till now i have been working on the BW development System which is connected to a SAP HANA Database.

A new empty Testing System have been created and i have to configure the environement and then created a connection between it and the development system to transport the objects.

1. Question:

- What is the recommended way to this procedure step by step?

2. Question:

I have been able to connect the Test System to the remote Testing Database through SDA. But when i try to the connect them using a Tenant-Database-Schema MDC, i am not able to find any Tenants to choose from.

Is there a reason for this?

This issue could be due to several reasons, may Insufficient Privileges, Incorrect Configuration, Network Issues etc..

If none of the above helps, you should open a Support Incident at the component HAN-DB-SDA.
