Connecting to sftp server fails with com.jcraft.jsch.JSchSessionDisconnectException:

I am trying to do a regular sftp connect with the checkbox checked for add support for deprecated algorithms. I was trying to connect to Success Factors SFTP. 

com.jcraft.jsch.JSchSessionDisconnectException: SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT: 2

This usually means, too many authentication failures, any idea how long do we wait for this to be resolved or do i need to open a ticket for it to be resolved.

Is there anyone who faced this issue? What are the steps to resolve the issue

We were able to fix this by waiting for about 12 hours before trying to connect to SFTP by ANY tool. 

After 24 hours it started working fine.
