I am using SAP BTP Trial account to test deploying an app through SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. I have built the docker container and pushed into the SAP BTP cluster using CF push. However, the app does not start saying that it cannot connect to the Database. The app needs to connect to a MongoDB database running on a server hosted elsewhere on the internet. That server is accessible from other places and even running the image locally, works.
I tried setting up Destinations, but cannot get it to work. Can anyone help? Is what I am trying possible? An app deployed on BTP Cloud Foundry, talking to a database hosted on the open internet?
