I have created a Python application with which production employees at the packing station can “count” the packaged, finished goods and save the values. Now I would like to report the finished quantities directly from the application to SAP.
I have already implemented the search for production lots and the production tasks associated with the production lot are retrieved and displayed correctly. Now I have tried various update requests (as described in the documentation), but I am not able to confirm the confirmed quantities.
Can someone please tell me the exact steps I need to take to implement this via SOAP API? Presumably there is a “logic pattern” that needs to be followed. At best, someone can list the necessary steps and give me an example request.
