Configuring Sap Backbone for NETWEAVER 731

While i am configuring SAP Backbone for Netweaver 731 for HTTP RFC

I am getting error ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR Message no. SR000.... i am looking snote..510007 - Additional considerations for setting up SSL on Application Server ABAP for Netweaver 731

My sapcryptolib version is 8.5.29.0 and kernel is 721_EXT

Hi Diana,

You can check dev_icm via ST11 for more details about SSL (HTTPS port) initialization.

About SAP Note 510007, you can follow point 2. a) (as you are using a recent kernel and sapcryptolib/commoncryptolib patch) and, of course, set icm/server_port_X to add an HTTPS port to the system. Be sure that points 3 and 4 are executed as well (without point 3, the HTTPS port cannot be brought up).

In old days, there were more parameters to be manually set. The SAP Note tries to be very specific about the process.
