Configure MDG BP HANA Duplicate Check using Search Rule Sets Generate Error

I want to configure MDG / Master Data Governance Business Partner HANA Duplicate Check using Search Rule Sets.

Then I creat a search view ‘Z_MDG_BS_BP_ADDRESS_RuS’ which copyed from ‘MDG_BS_BP_ADDRESS_RS’. I marked the ‘Rule Set’ check box.

But when generate this search view I get a error message ‘Unexpected error while activating search view Z_MDG_BS_BP_ADDRESS_RUS_Rule_Set_USQL’.

Then i double check the outcome in HANA Studio in your development package.The search view Z_MDG_BS_BP_ADDRESS_RUS_Rule_Set_USQL does not creat.

Hi,

Exactly same error for us as well. Are you using MDG on S/4HANA 1809? This probably could be a bug. I dont think its a permissions issue. I was following blog by #Stefan Geiselhart.
