Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to restrict email notification for only alerts belonging to "Availability" category. The alerts from the rest of the categories (configuration, exceptions, performance) are active but will not be considered for email notifications.
Since there are 100s of templates in-use currently, it is not possible for us to deactivate the alerts/metrics at template level. So is there a program/email notification configuration which will enable us to apply that filter before triggering emails to our mailbox?
