conditional breaks Adobe Form

I am trying to make a conditional break based on one of the fields of the table. However, it did not work.
here are screenshots for all steps I did:

I want the conditional break to happen with the change of CYCLE value.
I want the form to be like this:

but instead this happened:

Hmmm, looks like you do not have a reference to the table lt_main_asset in your conditional break statement. It would also be simpler to use subforms instead of table rows for your layout.
