Complete export of all customer data (Marketing Cloud)

I would like to export all my customers' contact information from the SAP Marketing Cloud. We are currently preparing the migration to a new tool and therefore need the information.
I was told that I can use the Customer Data Return app.
I can't currently find the right data source for the export.
Can anyone help me?

For information on Customer Data Return, see Customer Data Return | SAP Help Portal. This app is included to the delivered business catalog SAP_CA_BC_CDR_EXT_PC - Customer Data Return - Extraction 

Documentation for the API proposed by Kunal is Structure of OData Service API_MKT_CONTACTS | SAP Help Portal.

It depends which format you need that data in.

There is also Export Definition that could be helpful Export Definitions | SAP Help Portal.

Hello Isabelle, This is interesting, just to reconfirm if this "Customer Data Return" is the same app f.k.a "Data Stewardship"?

Thank you for your answer. I cannot select the catalog. It is not displayed in the Customer Data Return app. I think the app is the right way to go, but I can't find the right data source. And so far nobody has been able to help me and I can't really get any further with support either. Someone must have exported all the customer data. The export definition doesn't help me because there is too much data. There is not enough performance and only a few columns would be pulled per export.

Longtime! Hope all is well on your end 🙂

You can use OData API CUAN_CONTACT_EXPORT_SRV for exporting contact data but remember it'll not be that simple as you're targeting to export the entire database, though it won't be simple!

• Also, I recommend cleaning, and deduplicating the db before export.
• You might endup having duplicate contacts exported as well, but I believe the target marketing tool should be able to handle duplicate imports.
