Column Ascending and descending not working

I need help for pulling data descending or ascending order. Only the 1st column is working but the next remaining of columns cannot pull data descending or ascending order.

What does this have to do on an SAP Business Workflow forum where SAP professionals frequent and share ideas and post thought out ideas or questions.
