We are frequently receiving notifications to provide feedback to SAP.
We have many applications which is executed by BOT and the process stops when bot receives this type of notification. Is there a way to deactivate these types of notifications?
Hi Dave,
Please find my reply below.
1.Which RPA Tool Are You Using?
Answer : Power Automate Desktop.
2.How Are the Notifications Delivered? Are the notifications you're receiving pop-up messages within the SAP GUI, email notifications, or something else?
Answer: We are on public cloud, and we are receiving Pop-up messages.
3.When Do These Notifications Occur? Do these notifications appear at specific times or during particular transactions or processes?
Answer: These Notifications are generated from SAP side to provide feedback on the product, so we are not aware about the frequency of the notifications.
4.Have You Tried Any Suppression Methods?Have you attempted any methods to suppress these notifications, such as modifying user parameters or changing system settings?
Answer: No
5.Impact on Processes:How critical is it to suppress these notifications immediately? Is it causing process failures, delays, or data inconsistencies?
Answer: We don't have an option to supress these notifications as these are generated from SAP. Out BOT executes few applications and downloads data to backend. if during download BOT receives one of these notifications then it fails.
6.Configuration of BOT User.Is the BOT user configured differently from a regular user in terms of authorizations or system settings? or Special configurations might help in fine-tuning system behavior for the BOT.
Answer: Configured same as regular user.
