Hi Gurus,

Im having a question related to CO PA data source.

I'm having a DS can there any possibility to create a new COPA data source with out deleting the existing DS in copa??

For suppose. Is it be possible to add fields in existing Operating concern and create a new data source without deleting the old one??

Im aware that enhancement won't work in COPA. But can there any possiblity we create new DS without deleting existing DS??

depending on few details, ERP edition (S/4HANA vs ECC), COPA approach (costing-based vs account-based) and BW installation (BW/4HANA vs BW 7.x) there are a few options. Below an example from 2015 blog on costing-based ECC COPA extraction (data source 1_CO_PA_COEP) to BW 7.x.

My question is can we create two or three data sources on the same Operating concern??

My issue is.

For example. On operating concern ww01 im having COPA data source and its in live.

Now i need to add free fields in the existing one. can it be possible to leave the previous ds and create a new DS on the Operating concern ww01??
