Cloud Identity services neo migration to cloud foundry

Hi All,

I have a general question. We have a CIS tenant in the NEO environment (Germany/Netherlands). According to SAP, for other services in the BTP environment, new services are not being offered in the NEO environment; they are only available in the multi-cloud Foundry environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). For example, for CPI, SAP recommends customers to migrate from NEO CPI to the Cloud Foundry Integration Suite, the same applies to API management and mobile services.

Should we do the same for the CIS system as well? I have not found any blogs or documentation discussing the migration of CIS services running on the SAP NEO Data Center to the Cloud Foundry environment. If there is any information available, please share it, and what is the last supported date for the CIS system in NEO environment.

Hi Marhol, thank you for the blogs and official documentation. When looking at the screen of our IAS system, I am hoping that it has already been migrated by SAP itself. I can see the logo of Cloud Identity services, not the IAS Identity Authentication services. How can we verify whether our IAS/IPS system is migrated to a Multi-Cloud environment? It’s similar to moving the IAS/IPS tenant from SAP-hosted NEO Data Centers to Multi-Cloud Data Centers hosted by AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
