Hello

Our Cloud Foundry app on a trial account  is being stopped every night at around 1:15 by users provisioned_user_cloudfoundry-runtime-environment-admin1731417007@uaa.cf.us10-001.hana.ondemand.com

Every night the id of the users is changing:

admin1731417007

admin1731771779

admin1731687785...

The events screenshot from the Cloud Foundry app is attached.

They are not the users entitled to manage our apps in BTP.

Could you please give a hint on the possible reasons of stopping the application?

And what are these users?

Thank you.

Best regards

Hello Daria,

This is the expected behaviour for trial accounts as documented in the BTP help portal:

"Applications are stopped at midnight (or some time later depending on server load) relative to the region in which you created your trial account. If you're working in a time zone that is far from the region where your trial account was created, then your applications may stop during business hours."
