Cloud Connector test in integration suite fails

Hi All,

I wonder if there are any Cloud Connector exports out there that could advise me please?

I have a SAP S/4 Instance running on a Linux server that I has a 15 character hostname. I needed to create a DNS C-Name to be able to install the SAP instance due to the age old SAP long hostname restriction.

I have also installed a SAP Cloud Connector on this same Linux server so the Cloud Connector and the SAP instance are installed on the same Linux server.

When I configure the HTTP and HTTPS Virtual mappings for OnPremise in Cloud connector both of the connection tests pass OK.  I have given the subaccount in Cloud Connector a Location ID and I have connected the Cloud Connector to the Integration Suite BTP account and configured the Destination which also uses the same Location ID name and that Destination check also works fine.

But when I use the Integration Suite Cloud Connector test that fails with error: "Could not connect to Cloud Connector"

To try and simply the security I have disabled the "Determining Trust Through Allowlist" option by setting this to off.  I think this should really allow all SSL connections irrespective of SSL certificates? I have done this as the certs I download from the SAP instance use the short C-hostname I used to install SAP with.

My virtual mappings are coded with the IP address and these test OK in CC.

If I review the CC logs I do still errors about SSL certificates but for the life of me I cannot tell which one is incorrect, but if I have disabled "Determining Trust Through Allowlist" I don't think SSL certs should be causing me issues.

Would anyone have any good idea's of where I should look for my issue please?
