Hi there,
I have enabled the monitoring use cases in Cloud ALM for an S/4HANA system with alerting.
I notice the below:
1. In Health Monitoring: For all dumps created in a particular day, only 1 alert is generated and all dumps are added into it.
2. In Exception Monitoring: For all ABAP Update error generated in a day, again only 1 alert is created and all update errors are listed/grouped into single alert.
Is this the standard behaviour of Cloud ALM? Can this be modified ?
I know grouping alerts into alert aggregates makes it easy to handle. But I guess it is not helping.
For example: Different issues need different individual/teams to be involved in fixing it.
Having one alert and multiple error into it cannot be assigned to multiple individuals at the same time.
Any thoughts on this and a option to generate 1 alert per error encountered explored by anyone in this community ?

Dear Ajay,
Exception Monitoring is planning to support filter parameters when defining an IEP Event. This way you can declare different event classes, and assign the relevant recipients.
