This is probably not the correct board for my question, but can someone shed light on the following message in Cloud ALM?
I see this in Landscape Management:
"The LIS import is still running in the background. Please wait until the import is completed."
But in Health Monitoring for Cloud ALM, I see this message:
"The daily SLIS import on 2025-04-13T10:07:23Z couldnt be executed."
Where can I see the logs as I am sure this is not in SLG1 in the BW or ECC/S4 systems. Can anyone help? I did see something (but can no longer find it) about an API not having proper access, but how do i prove that or remediate that?
Request clarification before answering.

The Import of systems occurs in Cloud ALM > Administration > Landscape Management. You can click Configuration cog and from there, check Status of Imports:
You can manually trigger the job by clicking Import My Subscribed SAP Services (bottom link in above screen). In case you need further help getting it to run successfully, you should log a support case for this.
