Cloud ALM -Error when trying to publish custom diagram

I tried to publish a custom diagram in cloud ALM, in the Process Authoring app, but the following error message appears as in the print below.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

What was done to resolve?

Hi Giovanna,

I just tried to reproduce in our production environment and it didn't happen. If you can reproduce, please open a ticket on SV-CLM-IMP so we can analyse.

In general it is always good to look into the dev console (F12 on Windows Chrome) to see the errors in the javascript log.

What could be the case is that our daily delivery, you pushed the button exactly at the wrong point in time (which shouldn't happen, should be captured by the infrastructure), but it would at least explain it, if it is not reproducible.
