Client export Ended with errors : error code 0006 ( Scrap Data )

We are working on doing client copy from production to Dev. Following Client Export and import methodology. 

During the Prod export process, we have encountered the following error in the log file:

 Transport control program tp ended with error code 0006
 Error exporting request TUPKT00033 01:12:38
 Program ended with error or warning, return code: F

2WETW206 scrap char 0x0000 found in RFRR.SRTFD. See note 718511 for details.
3WETW000 (SAP K04C�������� ################                           ). Entry "300RRSAP K04C�������� ################                           ###" not exported.
2WETW206 scrap char in NUMC field found in T512E.LFDNR. See note 718511 for details.
3WETW000   ). Entry "30007KK01/101RT     " not exported.

2WETW206 scrap char in NUMC field found in T884H.CODE.



The below SAP note says it is ok to use this export TR file and import in Dev system: Wanted to check what SAPs recommendation is? 
718511 - R3trans: Export error due to "scrap characters" 

Attaching the log file to the case. 
Also only 1 TR which got generated : TUPKT00033
The below TR is not generated during this export process
TUPKX00033" for transporting client-specific texts, provided texts are available in this client


System is open and the credentials are maintained in the secure area.
