Class deleted, object catalog still present?

On ERP with ABAP Version 750, I created accidentally a class where I wanted to create an interface. I then deleted the class and wanted to create the interface with the same name. Now I get the error 

There is already an object directory entry: <...>

Message no. OO644

Any Ideas of how do I could get over this problem?

Did you release the transport request with the deletion?
