CL_CTS_BOOTSTRAP_PLUGIN_MGR===CP error in TMS Config

Hi Experts,

I am facing error in Solman system after system rename activity.After logging into system, putting tocde STMS in 000 client.

I am getting below error during TMS configuration:-

Category	ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors	OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO
Except.	CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL
ABAP Program	CL_CTS_BOOTSTRAP_PLUGIN_MGR===CP

Application Component  BC-CTS-TMS-CTR

Date and Time

13.05.2016 11:42:21

  I have tried to implement note (2025686 - CTSPLUG 200: TMS dumps with CL_CTS_BOOTSTRAP_PLUGIN_MGR, CL_CTS_SERVER_SYSTEM or CL_CTS_COMMON_TOOLS), During implement note i am getting below error :-

"Object SCWB_CONFIRM_MANUAL_ACTIONS in language EN does not exist"

Please help for this issue.

We have exactly the same problem, when we tried to configure the stms.

Hi Subhash,

Have you run the report /CTSPLUG/CTS_ACTIVATION report in your system.

If not , then run the report and recheck.

I have check it.

/CTSPLUG/CTS_ACTIVATION report, i am getting error as below :-

"Update transport tools tp and R3trans. Contact your system administrator"

i have update all kernel patches on the server. But still getting same error.

update the tp and r3trans after downloading it separately from SMP.

As per your suggesion i Logon to the system with the language DE and then try to implement the sapnote 2025686,   same error "Object SCWB_CONFIRM_MANUAL_ACTIONS in language EN does not exist"  or "

Das Objekt SCWB_CONFIRM_MANUAL_ACTIONS in der Sprache DE existiert nicht"

But unable to implement the note 2212069

still i am getting same erorr in STMS T-Code.
