CIG Transaction flow when Two Project are in Testing with Different System ID

Hi Guys

We are facing some issue. I have two projects created as ARIBA Procurement one having details of DEV Server and have details of Quality Server and Both Project have Status is in Testing.

Can anybody let me know to which system Ariba B&I will forward the transaction details such as PR/PO. What is the logic in determination of that?

Hi Manish,

Based on the realm ID correspondent system ID is determined.

1:1 mapping RealmID->SystemID.

thanks for reply. Can you please let me know where it has to maintain.

As i both CIG Project(Procurement) system id is different and realm id is same.

Also in table ARBCIG_AUTHPARAM, Realm id is maintained with Ariba Procurement Solution.

We are doing the repointing of Ariba System form QA to DEV.

We did following things.

1. Created the CIG project(procurement) with DEV system id and their details.

2. Done the Configuration at Cloud Connector Side.

3. Connectivity test at CIG is successful for DEV system.

4. Interface Setup Activity has been done for Procurement at S4 end.

But at the time submitting PR form Ariba B&I. I am getting error that "

Could not send the requisition to the ERP system for budget checks due to ERP connection errors.

When I look at the transaction tracker is showing, it is showing in Receiver as system id of Quality System instead of Dev Client.

Can you guide me what i have to do so that in receiver system DEV id must be reflected. Bottom line is Document flow must be toward the DEV system.
