CIG AddOn SP Upgrade Guide

Hi Experts,

On one of our SRs it was recommended by SAP Ariba Engr that we upgrade "CIG Addon SP" - the current is SP12 according the the Engr and the least version supportable is only from SP11. I checked our TST CIG Basic Data and AddonInfo1 is "ARBCI10007" while in PRD it is "ARBCI10010". (hope I'm looking at the right section)

Could you please confirm which of the links below should I relay to client BASIS team for them to follow in order to upgrade (based on 2102 release guides)?

Hi Niko,

I would refer them to the first document you linked which shows the steps to upgrade to desired SP level, because step 1 links them to documentation on how to download the required software (the second document you linked). Hope this helps!
