CIDR - Cloud Subnet and IP address calculation

Hi Experts,

Could you please share the understanding document of IP calculation for subnet's and CIDR ip address planning for cloud infra set up.

Issue : One subnet is not allowing the IP address for other subnets in VPC creation.

How does it calculate and how to avoid IP clash while planning.
