Dear Experts,
I would like to know if it is possible to have a User ID in SAP Cloud Integration/APIM which can be used commonly by the team and can still show the usage logs/details on User level. Something similar to a fire fighter ID in SAP.
For example, the team can create/delete application or a Product in SAP APIM using such User and the change details are captured somewhere for future reference.
I have gone through this blog which highlights using a technical or a SAP P user for such purposes. But I doubt it is will be possible to capture the user level change logs with this option
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You could define firefighter role (with all the roles you need) and assign it to the relevant user who needs access in production, on need basis. It's a hassle but that is the only way as of now I believe.

Hi faisal.jamal - Well, I would advise against utilizing this approach as it poses a significant risk to maintain a shared identifier between the production environment and your team.

Hello Faisal,
I dont think there is equivalent feature of firefighter users (in abap ) in cloud integration.Still you can have a generic user to give access to SAP or critical task to be done in prod. But its not safe to be used by whole team as there are no specific logs available regarding who is using that user.
