Good Day,

Would someone advise how to add a menu and sub-menu to the main chatbot dialog box , similar to the menu showing in movie bot.

Hello moaen.mustafa

You need to create a webchat.

Then you'll be able to create a persistant menu by clicking on "Add a persistent static menu"

Then you can decide what you want to do in your menu 🙂

Just a small favour, I post a question about the possibility of using the chatbot in intranet environment (with internet access).

I'll be greatful to you if you can give me a hint if it's possible to download all the files internally and configured them locally.
