What is the prerequisites for cHarm setup & ITSM setup?

Solman should be domain controller?

FYI: Solman DEV is connected with Solman PRD and SOLMAN PRD is domain controller now.

cHarm setup & ITSM setup can done in Solman DEV? and Sandbox systems can i user for Charm setup?

Please check and advise.

Hi Shawn,

Regarding your concern, I think SAP KBA: 2507306 should help here.

Yes, you could use sanbox system to setup charm, ChaRM supports various landscapes, solman doesn't needs to be the domain controller there.
