ChaRM's external attachment function?

Hi experts,

I am working in a project with requirement from other SAP Fiori instance communicate with other SAP Solman/ChaRM and attach some files into some specific Change Request document, for example.

Are there some standard function or script special for that?

Thank you for your feedback. There is no issue to use Fiori (Solman instance)

I am only looking for some way ( Abap function ou specific service) for another SAP Fiori instance ( out of Solman instance) send some files to be attached directly in my SAP Fiori Solman (Change Document).

For example:

1 - A change document has been created by the change Manager.

2 - With that change document number, the change Manager create a new ticket in other external SAP Fiori tool.

3- In some momment, in that external SAP Fiori tool someone update that external ticket and add a attachment document.

4- We expecting to send that attachment document, to be attached automatically into SAP Change document ticket.

That's my question, if are there some scripts, services to setup in SAP Solman Charm to receive files from others external tool to be attached in SAP Change document.
