ChaRM Public API´s not Found

Hi Support,

We have a need to integrate ChaRM with an external tool and for this we would like to use Public APIs for this purpose.

When researching the subject, I did not find information about the APIs available for ChaRM, only for ITSM as per note: DIGITS - Service Desk Webservice API.

Are there public APIs for Change Request Management available so that I can carry out an integration scenario with an external tool and pass information to these APIs to automate the creation of Request for Changes (SMCR/ZMCR), Urgent Changes (SMHF/ ZMFH) and Normal Corrections (SMMJ/ZMMJ)?

Hi Marcos,

We don't have explicit APIs from ChaRM side for integration with 3rd party tools. This kind of integration requirement needs to involve consulting service usually. Thus turn to SAP consult service is an option for you for your specific requirement.
