Hi Team,
Following SCN blogs, I have created SAP BTP free tier account which is initially showed 0.00 EUR. But I received an invoice of $ 880. As per the discussion I had with Customer support, I have sent mail to sapcontractcenter@sap.com , sapbalancestatement@sap.com, store.admin@sap.com.
Has anyone faced similar issue and could you please let me know how the issue was fixed.

Hey Ravi,
It is not a free tier account really. It is a Pay-as-you-go account with free tier services. If you activate a service that is not labelled as free tier then you will pay for it.
Make sure the services you activated are actually free.
Check the discovery centre if the services you activated are included in the free tier tier scheme.
It is easy to select a paid service and rack up a few $$ if you don’t select the freemium versions of a service (if there is one).

Thanks Louw for the reply. But I have activated free service only and I have never used BTP Account after creating, charges should be applicable based on the usage (suppose if i have enabled the paid service). Could you please help me on whom to reach to fix this issue. Its really heavy amount for me to bear it and I am worried so much on it.
