characters à or ị in se63 appearing as # in smart forms in print preview

Hi All,

I am trying to maintain language for smart form in vietnamese language.some of the characters in targeted vietnamese language is à or ị ie a dot above a and dot below i.These characters appear all right in se63 target language from en language as sourse language.However when print-preview is given from VA02, these two special characters appears as #.I will be thankful if somebody can guide how to resolve this print preview/translation issue.
