Changing the Prompts on a Report

To add prompts to a report in Business Objects, I watched a video that shows a click on the button that opens the query panel. The prompts appear to be controllable from the bottom of the query panel.

The report needs prompts so various people can use it to get data affecting the parts of our organization they are responsible for.

If this question should be directed elsewhere, I am very sorry.

Any information you can provide will be appreciated immensely.

Thank you.

What you have there is a Freehand SQL report. It uses a raw SQL statement for a source rather than a universe. There is no Conditions panel available for FHSQL queries, so you can't add prompts in the traditional way. You can still use prompts, but they have to be manually coded in the SQL with "@prompt()" function calls.
