Changing the name for a process chain

Hi Guys,

I have created some process chains and i am now trying to change the name of the process chains [Description and Technical name], can you please advise me on how to do this? Thanks guys

Hi Gurbinder,

You can change the name from the menu Process Chain > Attributes > Name. But you cannot change the technical name of the process chain once it is assigned.

You can copy the chain by typing "COPY" in the box above where you type in ur Txs. This will copy your current chain and then rename it to whatever name you want to set. Hope that helps.

You can copy the chain under a new technical name. Then delete the old chain.
