We have a requirement to create/change shipment (VT01N/VT02N) through the standard inbound idoc FM (IDOC_INPUT_SHIPPL). There are few enhancements to it. So, we are using the customer exit FM 'EXIT_SAPLV56I_011'. But for change scenario, Depending on one condtion, following things to be done: 1) Changing the status to '0' i.e if the status is 4 then we need to change it to 3, then 2, then 1 and 0. 2) Then we need to delete the Stages data. 3) Then again make the status to 1. 4) then we have the pop up for leg determination options i.e checking either 1 or all the 3 checkboxes depending on some condition.
My question is it possible to model the scenario for the above 4 points in the inbound standard function module. I don't see any parameters to capture the above pop up checkboxes. OR do we have to go for custom function module and write BDC for that. Please suggest
