Hi All,

I need to change the unique id for all users from samaccountname to mail id (userPrincipleName) in SAP portal NW 7.4.

While I am make the changes under System Administration -> System Configuration _> UME Configuration -> LDAP Server -> Use unique attribute for UME Unique ID = UserPrincipleName, all the users lose their UME port groups from UME database.

Could you please help me achieve this requirement without the users losing their portal UME groups.
