Change length of column in table in SAP BTP ABAP environment gives ATC error Length of filed changed

I changed custom table  field(char) length  from 5 to 6 in BTP . It is already having entries .Activated successfully. While trying to release the task from Dev, gives ATC error "Length of field component is changed".

After I did a Quick Fix by Adjust database and convert data also same error occurs.

Kindly provide a solution for this
