Change File type in SAP PI from .csv to .xml

Hello All,

I am finding difficulty in changing the file type to XML from CSV. My requirement is converting a CSV file from SAP to XML while being sent to third party, the format is simple and straight forward with 4 columns. I could convert the data as per the format using FIle content conversion. The issue is the file name and type still is the same. Can someone advise me on how do I keep the file name as it is but changes the type to XML?

For example., the source file name is ABC1234.csv but I need to convert to ABC1234.xml.

Hi Haradev,

I believe you are using the File/SFTP adapter on the receiver side. Just change the file schema name to *.xml
