Change Display of Quantity Fields in specific language SAP Build Workzone

Hi,

I want to change the display of quantity fields in SAP Build Workzone for a specific language. For example, when you want to display a value of PC they will be displayed with decimal places like "1,000 PC" for one PC is available in Stock. In English language it will displayed "1 PC" without any decimal places. We also want the same display in every language.
