My valid certifications are not visible under " my certifications" on learning.sap. I checked some similar existing queries and also raised a query with support. They have verified that my universal id is correctly set up and also the email attached to my profile is correct and they are able to see that I have certifications.
But they also said that "my certifications" tab is experiencing some technical issue so it is not visible on my end. And then they closed the ticket. Can someone please let me know if they are also facing similar issues. It has been quite a few days I am not able to see the certifications and also I don't understand, if I cant access it how can I renew it?

- Even if the “My Certifications” tab is unavailable, SAP Support can send you a direct link to the “Stay Certified” assessment or successor exam booking.
- When you reopen your ticket, explicitly request:
“Please provide a direct link to my renewal assessment or exam booking, as the My Certifications tab is inaccessible
