I have appeared for the SAP Global certification exam on 2nd May,2025 for C_TS4FI_2023. I have cleared the exam with 75% score and I even received the mail regarding my result and the scorecard. But I have not received the Certificate yet on my mail id . Kindly help me with this ASAP. It's very urgent as I have cleared an interview for SAP Consultant Role in a reputed  US company and it is mandatory for me to share the Credly Badge with them  in order to get the offer letter otherwise I will miss this opportunity. I genuinely ask for your support right now as soon as possible as it will decide my Job confirmation. I have done everything to contact the SAP support team and have raised the ticket on 4th May itself and since then they have not responded even once. This is my Case ID : 5000155124. Also I have done everything which is required to receive the certificate including adding 2 email in Universal ID & registering on Credly with the primary email or other email which is associated with this account of mine. I request your response ASAP.

Here’s What You Can Do Fast

Double-check your SAP Universal ID setup

Make sure it’s active and linked to two valid email addresses (primary & recovery). Official guidance says that without this, the badge won’t be issued by learninghub.sap.com.

Confirm your exam is logged in the SAP Learning portal

Go to My Learning → Certifications. If the exam isn’t listed, the issue is on SAP’s side, not Credly’s

Push again with SAP support, only this time, escalate

Log into the SAP Learning Help Center, choose Digital Badge as your service category, and include:

  • Your Case ID: 5000155124
  • Specific details: exam passed, date, score, and that the badge never arrived.

Prep Credly on your end

  • Make sure the email Credly is using matches your Universal ID email.
  • If not, add that email as a secondary in your Credly account and confirm it at SAP support.credly.com
  • You passed your C_TS4FI_2023 exam on 2 May 2025 with a 75% score and received your result email, but no badge or certificate has arrived, even after raising a support ticket (Case ID: 5000155124) on 4 May. That’s well beyond the usual 24–48-hour delivery window.

What's next to do

  • Verify that Universal ID has two working emails.
  • Check My Learning → Certifications for your exam record.
  • Escalate with SAP, referencing your Case ID under the Digital Badge category.
  • Sync emails in Credly and submit a request if needed.
