Cell Refresh-Column Refresh-Emailing Report Content

Hi Friends

Currently we are working on BW 7.4 with AO 2.4 (analysis office)

As of now we are using BEx queries as source for designing AO workbooks.Our business is demanding below requirements,but not sure we can achieve or not, need your experiences...

1) Cell refresh

2)Column refresh

3)Emailing report content to business users email id's (Excel sheet & Excel workbook)

Hi

Item-1 : Please have a look at cell-refresh image where I am trying to refresh a cell which is related to Sales_qty for Sales-Order-S001

Item-2: Please have a look at Column-Refresh image where Only column Sales-Qty "Column" need to be refreshed but not others

On 2 and 3 - I don't see a straightforward way to do this; I can't find functions that will do this. That said, it maybe possible with VBA script, but I am not an expert in that. I wonder if converting to formula may help.

Hopefully the community will have some other suggestions
