CCMS Alerting

Hi,

We are implementing Monitoring of XI and ECC components through CCMS. Basically we configured CCMS to receive Alerts from XI. But the problem is, if i produce a MAPPING ERROR in 20 interfaces it produces 1 alert and not 20 Alerts.

Is there anyway the number of Alerts in CCMS can be same as the number of Errors that occured.

Hello Karthik,

Kindly visit this url http://service.sap.com/systemmanagement in that you click System Monitoring and Alert Management on left hand pane. Below this you go to Media library. You can find documentation on how to configure CCMS for alerting.
