CCLM Extractor Custom Code Footprint Error

Hi,

We are activating CCLM and got an error on one of the extractor - Custom Code Footprint. Upon checking the log, we get this error:

Custom Code Footprint :Other write error;InfoCube 0SM_ESRSG already contains open APO request APO_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ; see long text

Anyone familiar with this error? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Luigi

in order to solve the issue, you should go to RSA1 on infocube 0SM_ESRSG, and open Manage Data (click right).

You will see the request ID (APO Request), normally the one blocking you in extractor framework will be in warning status.

You can neither check or delete it.

After running again the extractor.
