Hi,
I;m trying to import JEE, JBUILDT, and JTECH into a track in JDI, and am hitting the following errors, can anyone help to resolve/advise what I should be looking at?
Info:build process already running: waiting for another period of 30000 ms
Info:no changes on the CBS request queue (SK3_ITFACTRY_D) after a waiting time of 14430000 ms
Fatal:The request queue is not processed by the CBS during the given time intervall => TCS cannot import the request because queue is not empty
Fatal:Please look after the operational status of the CBS.
Fatal Exception:com.sap.cms.tcs.interfaces.exceptions.TCSCommunicationException: communication error: The request queue is not processed during the given time intervall. No other imports are running, which is why I'm finding this behavious really strange.

Some additional error messages:

Thanks for the pointer to the help documentation, but currently the idlestart is set to false.

check the CBS WebUI to see if requests are getting processed.
Did you set the idleStart flag to false in the Component Build Service properties? See http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/31/9959400d9d1059e10000000a155106/frameset.htm
