Greetings, I have a problem with my categorization scheme, by modifying the scheme and adding a new category, on itsm system crm_ui is added, but it is not visible on when I open in inc in the categories of the Fiori system (create message) do you have any idea of the probe but and how to fix it? Thank you Greetings

another question, how to display the "closed" status of an accident?

I have all the choices except the closed state. PS strange thing on two users with the same profiling, on one it is displayed on another not thank you.

the pattern schema and one, it would appear that the flower page has some bug as insert size.
For now we have solved it by launching a report that then displays the new categories entered, waiting for a pacth to pass that solves the problem
